The Foundation aims to serve as an agent of change by enabling refugees and displaced persons with limited income to overcome the systemic social, economic and environmental challenges they are likely to encounter without vocational training or a college education. With an initial focus in the DMV area, the Foundation provides financial assistance to individuals that qualify for funding and have the potential to benefit themselves and their communities from access to vocational training or higher education assistance.
